Customer service is amazing! Matt and Leon found me the vehicle that I wanted and kept it in my payment range!

The staff was very friendly. Made me feel comfortable, not pushy and was supportive.

Starting with the person who picked me up, he was not familiar with the Doylestown area and had no idea how to get back to the dealership. When I went to get my car, the battery was dead. When I asked for a jump, I was treated as if it were my fault. The service tech who worked on my car did jump it, but knew it would be a dead battery. Why couldn't he have put it on a trickle charge before turning it over?

Quick, on time, clean environment, and enjoyed working on the jigsaw puzzle on the table. It made the time go quickly.

I called in the day before, as I needed to get the truck diagnosed the next day so that I could drive it out of state the following day. Even though the service dept was booked, Laria worked me in, & had it fixed in under 2 hours. Huge help!

On my trip from KY to OH my service suspension warning came on. I called Laria any they got me in for the next day and provided great service. Everyone was so nice and friendly. This is a huge difference than our Chevy dealerships in Radcliff Kentucky area. (Which happens to be what Laria fixed, another Big M dealership “mistake”) we have been to 5 different Chevy dealerships in the Elizabethtown KY area in search of the service we had at Fairbanks Alaskas Chevy dealership, finally we found the service we have been looking for. Keep up the good service Laria even though we live too far to make you our regular service location.

Had a broken mirror glass passenger side, stopped into dealer, saw Carrie in the service area to see it the part was available. She walked to the parts area to see, not available but could order it, ok. 2 days later I was told it had arrived, scheduled a time to replace it, did so and problem solved. I had a frustrating experience with Laria Chevrolet Buick and wouldn't recommend them—or GM as a manufacturer—to anyone. My vehicle's 12V battery died after GM delayed warranty approval for a month by preventing my preferred dealer from performing the work. Chuck from Laria called me daily to get authorization for a $680 replacement battery, which I understood given the circumstances. When I finally got back in touch after some personal issues, he was apologetic about the frequent calls, explaining that they prioritize keeping customers updated. However, once he realized I wouldn't pay their inflated price (I bought and installed a replacement myself for $188 in 15 minutes), communication stopped. I didn't hear anything for over a week and had to stop by in person to check on my car. I was initially told a rental vehicle would be provided once the repair was confirmed under warranty. The next call I received, about a week later, was to say my car was ready with no charges, as it was covered by the manufacturer. When I went to pick it up and return the loaner (which my preferred dealer kindly let me keep after GM's delays), a different service advisor directed me to the cashier, who informed me I owed over $200 for diagnostic time. Apparently, their technician spent "a good amount of time" figuring out that an 8-year-old battery needed replacement after sitting idle for a month—that explains the check engine light and reduced propulsion power message both being on when I got in the car. I reminded them I'd been told there were no charges when notified the car was ready, and I hadn't authorized any fees. After being ignored at the counter for about 10 minutes, I left without paying. The vehicle wasn't repaired correctly the first time, communication was nonexistent after the initial push for payment authorization, and GM's bureaucracy only added to the hassle for both my preferred dealer and customers like me. Steer clear.

Service fixed what I needed

I typically get amazing service at this dealership. However, this visit was a bit different. I needed an oil change and my back windshield wiper blade replaced. I didn't find out until after my car was done that while trying to replace the windshield wiper blade the windshield wiper got damaged and would need to be replaced. This would mean I would need to return to the service center at a later date to get it repaired. Maybe I should have asked, but I would have hoped a discount on my services that day or possibly paying for the new windshield wiper blade would have been offered. Thank you.

Mechanics are great. Service writer needs to listen to customer and write down what they are concerned about. I explained that my blind spot mirrors kept sending a message saying they were unavailable. He told me it was just do to shadows, so he never had the mechanic check them out.

I have purchased many vehicles over the years (many makes) and by far this was the most welcoming and comprehensive experiences I have ever accounted. My 2018 Volt brought in for annual oil change also had a P0401 engine code this time. My wife and I were taken care of by Chuck in Service department who was most gracious and accommodating making us as comfortable as possible while waiting. This repair took most of the day which was a tiring ordeal. Unfortunately shortly after leaving dealership the engine light returned. Bringing back the following day it was found that the installed part was defective which led to another long wait for service. A replacement was acquired from a distant provider and the problem finally corrected. I was told that the dealer got sent the incorrect parts to fix my truck so I'll have to schedule another appointment once more parts are in.

Greeted promptly with smiling faces when I entered the service department. Check in was super fast and oil change and tire rotation took 54 minutes. Staff are always friendly and professional at the same time.

Upon leaving after my oil change, I noticed there was oil IN my car; door, steering wheel, dash, and screen. Obviously it was on someone's hands, but you could tell someone tried wiping the screen off because they were in my system settings. But I was surprised to see oil all around and on other parts of the screen that wasn't finger prints.

He did not try to sell us a vehicle out of our price range, but he offered us vehicles to choose from that had more options than we initially thought we could afford. I did not give excellent for following reasons. Please dont adjust seat position. Bad back and hard to get comfortable. Put 35 psi and I had to tell them check door. Calls for 41 psi. They should know this!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience at this dealership! They were patient and friendly. Answered all our questions, came back with numbers we liked without any hassle. An enjoyable experience all the way around and we would highly recommend these folks to everyone. Ask for Leon, but I am sure anyone there will do just as well.

Wonderful, easy, they really care about their guest

The easiest car purchase ever....and we purchased two at the same time (his and hers of course) :-) They made the transactions very quick, easy and painless despite us throwing a few wrenches into the deals. The only thing I would say, with the Envista Sport Touring, we were used to the Encore and expected the ride to be the same, therefore did not do a test drive. Upon entering/exiting it for the first time, its definitely a lower ride. A suggested test drive would have helped. But we still love it. Laria is our new car dealer. Highly recommend.
